I know about pulling a trailer as I have pulled one myself but these Goldwing people take it to the extreme. This was posted on a friends Goldwing site here in Portland. Wonder how long his clutch will last. Put the OL and all your camping and personal gear in there plus the weight of that side car and oversized trailer and its gotta be well over 2000 pounds. Poor bike.

I wanted to put this in the Roadkill Cafe section but that forum wouldn't load for me so I guess it will go here.
Making homemade sausage is something that I have wanted to try for some time and now I am going to try it. Yesterday, the wife and I went and did a little bit of shopping for appliances that I don't have that aids in he production of sausage. Those items were an electric hot plate, the meat grinder attachment for our Kitchen Aid stand mixer along with the sausage stuffer horn and a 20qt. stainless steel mixing bowl.
For my first attempt, I am going to use a kit that that I can buy from my local butcher. That kit includes the casing and spices needed to make sausage.
I am thinking that I am going to attention to get my daughter's involved as well. Who knows, maybe they...

Went to Harbor Freight today. Got a flyer in the mail. Seen they had some wobble extensions that normally sell for like 19.00 for like 12.99
Got me a set. Know the long 1/4" is great for getting to the exhaust bolts at the heads.

OK, I have narrowed it down to two smokers that I wouldn't mind to have but I have no idea what the reputation of either company is so I figured that I would jump on the forum here and ask the boys from Texas.
The two pits that I have narrowed it down to are these.
1. A David Klose Which would be this model. http://www.bbqpits.com/backyard_smokers/20x50_byc2012.htm
2. A Tejas Pit. This specific model. http://www.tejassmokers.com/products/2040cc.htm
These two pits are very similar. What are the reputations of these two companies?
