I received a response back from OB on gun control, bet it was a not written by him. It had the seal of the President on it but when I copped it that portion didn't copy.
Dear Marc:
Thank you for taking the time to write. I have heard from many Americans regarding firearms policy and gun violence in our Nation, and I appreciate your perspective. From Aurora to Newtown to the streets of Chicago, we have seen the devastating effects gun violence has on our American family. I join countless others in grieving for all those whose lives have been taken too soon by gun violence.
Like the majority of Americans, I believe the Second Amendment guarantees an individual right to bear arms. In this country, we have a strong tradition of gun ownership that has been handed down from...

Hot Rider and I got back from our shake down run out to Milwaukee and our ride with Ultra200922 and his wife. It was a great weekend and I would do it again in a heartbeat.
There are some people that wanted to hear how my shakedown run went if I should ever be able to get one done done. Well, I did and here is is my report. Of course I can't sum it up in a simple sentence so I am going to go in parts. I am going to go in order.
Performance of SAC Luggage:
I do not impress very easy but I am with this tuff. There is more than enough room for anything that needs to brought with and even for stuff that doesn't need to come with. Its function is really really good and easy to use. The SAC Luggage is easy to mount and dismount. Once I figured out how to strap it to the bike,...

Well, I think that anyone and I do mean anyone that wants a tire that performs as advertised, then look no further than the Pirelli Night Dragons. Over this 4th of July weekend, Hot Rider and I were able to clock 1200 miles of riding on these tires. The kind of riding consisted of interstate, regular town riding, however the best riding that these tires saw was just over 500 miles of twisties, rolling hills, and elevation climbs. They handled flawlessly in the tightest of turns. From previous experience with the Dunlop's, I never liked how they would accelerate while in the turn coming out of it. I think that the Night Dragons are far superior to the Dunlop's in that regard. The ND's tracked well and I think that the tip in is even better than when they were new, and I was impressed with...

So my wife, son and I did a run to Virginia City on the 4th and stayed in a place in Gold Hill, about a mile south. We enjoyed the sights and spent some cash, making the locals happy and having a good time. I got back from the bar (walked) a bit late and joined up with her right at bed time. About 3 in the morning I hear her get up and walk around - not that unusual, ya know, women. So I'm thinking that I may as well get up, too, especially since she is being so loud about it.
Except she wasn't. I was listening to all the walkin' and stompin' around and was kinda getting disturbed at her being so noisy, me being a grump about that kinda thing, and so as I got moving to get up I hit her leg with mine and discovered she was still right there next to me. Now I know ya'll can say I...
