not sure how popular this would be. I do see more than a few riders with those bolt on back wheels carriage in the back. This idea is along the lines of the can am:

Ok I have a `96 1340 Road King and I am about to replace its 4 Starter bendix clutch. I have 66000 miles on her and it seems that about every 20000 miles she spits a starter drive. Anything I am missing here? I am running a gel battery for the last 7 years which has served me well only replaced 1 in that time and has 360CCA on it so there is plenty of power in it. First Starter clutch went at 8,000 and Harley replace it with an OEM under warranty. 27,000 miles give or take 2nd one went in, was a aftermarket, 47,000 another Harley OEM and now 66,000 miles here come the 4th. Going aftermarket just not going to spend almost triple price for OEM. Any one having this same problem? No big motor, mild cam and true-duels carb work and such.

2nd snow fall of the year. First clean up broke a shear pin and Snapped the pull cord. This time the 2 nuts and bolts fell off the gear shifting linkage. Was able to find one of each to get through the job.

hello, my name is Frank aka Tileman, having a hec of a time tuning in my rejeted carb. It's a 2002 HD XL1200 Sporty with a CV carb. Installed a 587 Outlaw intake with a breather kit, and the exhaust is stock pipes with SE slip-on's. Purchaced a rejet kit with EZ mix an EZ idle screws did what the instructions said , started with 1 3/4 turns and can't keep it running went to 2 turns then 2 1/2 and now loud exhaust bang (back fire) . After I installed the carb I started the bike up ( with no ac ) and she ran for a good 5 mins. Shut her down , installed the ac system and now back firing and cant keep her running. What can I do. What am I doing wrong. Checked all vac. hoses, took of the gas cap. I also replaced the slide with diagram , 4 sided float needle, accelorator diagram, and...
