Well just rebuilt the front master cylinder on and old FL it is an old V-Twin master with 3/4" bore, now when trying to bleed the brakes the master cylinder is building pressure in itself and pumping it right back in the reservoir. There are 2 small holes in the bottom of the reservoir one is a pressure and the other is a return. when i am pumping the brakes slowly to remove the air in the master on the bench it works fine, when all the bubbles go away in start pumping for bleeding and the pressure starts and enough pressure that it shots out the top (cover off) and can't get any pressure to the line for some reason. I have double check the re-build set up and it looks just fine. Any Ideas? Could the maser Cylinder be junk to not pressurize the line just itself? The lid for the master has...

Has anyone else heard of HD having bad chrome on the newer bikes. My 98 RK never had this problem. On my 15 Ultra Limited some of the chrome looks like shit. I don't know if you can tell from these pictures. 2 of them are the wheels. As you can see the back wheel is like new,but the front wheel is tarnishing.

So I went to start my inherited 2009 Sportster Custom today, and the dang thing won't even begin to start. Something with the stupid H-D security system fob, I think.
Ol' Red, my '99 Road King, has multiple security systems: .22, .223/5.56, .243, .357, 30-06 BAR, 10 gauge and 12 gauge. Plus an aluminum bat and a meaner, combat tested master than dog, though a dog, too...and maybe more - no one should want to test that security. So what the F___ do I have to do to get the system to accept the friggin' key to start the dang thing!!
The best security is always a light sleeper with a desire to protect what is his, and the tools to do it. Friggin' fobs.............grrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrr!
So now what?
