Thought I would post this, maybe it was already posted somewhere here. Good read for people that have questions about what Oil should I use and how often should I change it.
Really good Read:

And bought a new gun..
So just to get out, temps are down in the 70's at night,
fresh cigar, bike running good, decided to stop in at
my LGS.
Mistake was I had my Ruger LCR 38 in my back pocket
and while its a good little carry, light and works, i'd been
thinking about selling it as I wasn't carrying it much.
Talked to the mgr and we came up with a deal traded
the LCR for a new Glock 43 Talo edition (basically a night sight)
its light but not as light as the LCR but it's got an extra round
actually two extra rounds with the extended mag.

I had the opportunity to test ride the new engine. I would say that overall it's a nice engine but just can't bring myself to buy a new bike even though I am in the market for another one. Who else has had an opportunity to try the new engine? What were your thoughts?

I'm afraid my shovel is going to be down for a while, boys. Was riding yesterday and lost power to the front cylinder. Limped along enough to get off the road, maybe a quarter mile. After getting the ol' thang towed home by a buddy, saw that the exhaust tappet roller had disintegrated. Took out all the tappets and discovered that the intake tappet roller (also on the front cylinder) was nicked and scratched. The other two tappets look ok.
The needle bearings (all except one that I was able to fish out with a magnet) and the rest of the roller are somewhere inside the gear chest
. Today I will pull off the cone for a closer inspection . . . picture shows the damaged roller on the right.
