Last night I was smoking a Polish Kielbasa for dinner, decided to go ahead and smoke a Pork Tenderloin vs waiting for the weekend.
Injected it with Myron Mixons pork injection which I had on hand from previous pork butt project. Seasoned with McCormicks Brown Bourbon seasoning.
Smoked at 250 for about 6 hours, 4 open and 2 wrapped until internal temps it got up to 195, pulled it and let it sit wrapped for an Hour then carved off a small piece, then another, ok back for a third piece, the dogs were now at full attention.

So our last trip of any distance for the 2016 riding season is now behind us . We left home for the Allegehny Mntns. of PA early Friday morning. We rode to a local hotel and picked up another couple that was going with us. The weather could not have been better the entire weekend. We left Pa. very early Sunday morning before the sun came out,on our return home trip and it was darn cold ! Spent the first 2 hours thinking of my heavy lined gloves ,and riding chaps that were sitting back at the house doing nothing ! LOL The fingers and knee caps were NOT thanking me for that blunder ! Stopping for coffee and warming up a bit every hour helped . We meandered our way from Altoona PA. to Youngstown Oh . on rt. 422 and found it to be the kind of twisty ,hilly rolling farmland country side...

Spent the holiday weekend with kids and grand kids at Jay peak,vt taking in the foliage and the indoor water park. Rented a condo for a reasonable off season price and it was real nice. The foliage was peaking and the water park was stupid crowded with the rude québécois. That's okay as it was nice to relax with the children at the condo,eh.lol. Even took the dog,Phuket. She's an easy keeper, no troubles.

Well, we shipped the Bikes to Mainland Portugal from Sao Miguel Azores to Mainland Portugal mainland. Put on just under 1400 miles in 8 days, the roads we in great condition with lots of hairpin turns and curves but all in all nice riding roads. Being a New Englander this was a change for me from wide roads to small roads and lots of turns. We stayed in the center of the country and stopped in a lot of villages with castles and forts built in the early years from 1200-1700s, one castle was still up and running with a full milage inside of it where people had shops and keep the fields and did life like it use to be. G
reat tour and everyone came home safe including the bikes!! We did make it to Spain border but we could only go in a few hundred feet do to the...

I do all servicing and repairs on my Kawasaki and Yamaha bikes. I am looking to buy either some diagnostic software or a scanner to complement my tools. Both the Kawasaki and the Yamaha have onboard diagnostics but I would like to have the ability to read sensor data and say operate the fuel pump etc. Any suggestions as to what is best? Thanks Joseph
