So I guess I will stir up some stuff.
And just like my Buddy that is a Amsoil dealer and has been going to ROT rallies and selling the Amsoil. He could only hear amsoil talk.
Well I had the problems with Amsoil and my 2008 EG Tranny and all. I don't like Amsoil.
He got a noise in his Primary, he took his bike to a Indy dealer he has know forever when he lived in Kileen.
The Indy owner has been working on bikes all his life, and his son works there with him now and he's in his 30's.
They tore the bikes primary down. There was metal on the stator and in the primary.
1st thing the Shop owner ask's is what kind of OIL do you have in your bike.
Amsoil !
The shop dude said you know I don't give a Dauyn what kind of oil you run in your bike. Cause y'all are going to bring them to me and I'm...

It wasn't what police expected to find when they searched a man's Pacific Palisades home last week.
More than 1,200 guns were strewn about the Palisades Drive house and garage, police said. The weapons ranged from high-end pistols to shotguns and rifles. Many had never been fired. Some were still wrapped in their boxes, with the price tags still attached.
It was a "staggering number of guns," said LAPD Cmdr. Andrew Smith. Police also found roughly two tons of ammunition.

Bureaucratic morass at it's finest. Find the guy's next of kin and turn the guns over to them. Barring that, auction them off or sell to FFLs. And 2 tons of ammo...

OK here's another thread on big block motors. Over the years I have a good friend that's like a brother to me .Rick has been my riding buddy for over 10 years just one of those guys you know you can trust on any road on any state because you know how they ride and he knows how you ride and what your abilities are on a bike.
Gumba has met him we all had breakfast together one year going up to Daytona together.well for the last 10 years this dam 124 has beat the shit out of me I spent more time in that primary side of this motor replacing starters rotors clutch hubs you name it I have done it and got it were it has been finally a dependable starting motorcycle . With that being said a lot of this issue was poor planning on the builder who put this build together and the owner .

Well boys I do believe I am done for the season. Yesterday I was out on a bike run and towards the end of the run my bike started making noises that scared me to death. I am thinking that it is coming from either the cam chest or the crank. When I say cam chest, I am thinking gear drives. I won't get to taking it apart tomorrow but will get started on it this week. I have as nasty feeling this won't be good. THIS SUCKS!

I live in s.e. OKC and usually go to the stealer just south of me.I'll be sort of nice and not name them but I'm sure you all know who it is.When ever I go there I always look at the new bikes(who doesn't?).They always have someone to try to help. The problem is the "sellsmen"(no women yet that I have seen) don't know anything!I'm sure it is not all their fault.I really have issues about their prices and so called fees and shipping and make ready plus doc fees!I have a beautiful '09 Ultra Classic with a little over 18,000 miles and have thoughts about a new one.I really get peeved when looking at the tags and always ask why their shipping is twice than H.D. advertises ,and want almost $600 for make-ready,$250 doc fees!BLOWS MY MIND!I just walk out shaking my head. One lady called me after...
