I will be pulling the heads on my Road Glide and send them to South Florida to have them checked out by BaggerPaul. There is something that I am curious about, I need to get to the bottom of it.

This place has been really quiet lately.

Anyone doing a Polar Bear Ride. HRK if he does one on Jan 1 will probably wear shorts.

Going to meet up with several guys. Going to be about 28F with a windchill of 21F but get up to 39F in the afternoon. Think I might need a shot of Jack before I leave and when I get back.

Received & installed CVP premium tuners kit along with Accel petcock, rebuild kit (stayed with the 4 sided float needle) & inlet elbow. Float level spot on & I have 10 gal of 100% gas to help dial in idle mix.
Cranked right up. No air/fuel leaks @ temp. Not doing the dyno thing till I can locate a reputable operator so I'm doing the plug reading (6 new sets) which is no mystery to me. Been there, done that.
Raining right now so I've done @ temp, mid RPM idle. 1st initial reading/behavior, lean. Fatten, smoother, shutdown & save the plugs for mid/high throttle chops underload.
Will get back with some pics of progression.

I am looking for a cross reference to locate a ignition module for my 1985 Evo FLHTC so I can decide which ones will work and those to stay away from.
