Just had my 98 evo remaned from Harley. Completly stock engine with cv carb with a thunderslide kit. Just installed a Kuryakyn Hypercharger 9990 for evo big twin. Took it out for a test run. Seems when I really romp on it gas is comming out the Hypercharger. Brought it home and pulled the trapdoor off and reved it a couple of times. jet is pointed at the thunderslide and fuel is going in the carb throat but alittle seems to be sucked back towards the K&N filter. Anyone got any ideas to head me in the right direction?

has anyone drilled the end caps of the mufflers for better sound, and if so does it harm anything else?

I installed bigshots on my 06 Fatboy,a friend of mine told me I should take the baffles out,I don't like the idea, but if I did would I have to a adjust on the carb.I also installed a arllen ness big sucker air filter and in stalled a 88-89 jet needle and adjusted the idle mixture screw.The bike runs great with all the adjustments made,thanks.

Hey everyone!: I just purchased an 02 fatboy and the frame # is a little bit strange. all #s make sense but where it indicates motor it has a "B" and it should be a "W" representing Twin Cam 88 Fuel Injected (which it is). Any one seen this or know what it means?

whats up? I have a 79 shovel i just bought, i have completely tuned the bike including jetting the carb and having the heads redone, the problem is the bike must be advanced to 45 deg to get it to run eithout popping andrunnung like crap but i cant get it to idle any suggestions
