General Announcement.
I will be moving to the NE corner of Ohio courtesy of my Uncle Sam.
Anyone here in the general area? I already ride with one board member, and that turned out really well, so I figured I might see if anyone is gonna live in the part of the state I'll be going to. My assignment is in Youngstown.
Thanks for any inputs.

Christ, I survived! I've not seen that many fast riders and bikes at the local flattracks. I managed a fifth in Mad Dawg and that was fighting tooth and nail until the guy chasing me crashed out trying to match my corner entry speed. He had motor on me. I bought this bike out of California already built with a Frank Nye stroker motor, but I don't think the head flows all that well. I'm wanting a takegawa head or maybe get my Jay Wright motor stroked, but really, I think I have enough. Same guys that usually rule the class were back with me except for one who crashed out in the qualifier and got a severe concussion. We were in a lead pack nose to tail and he fell right in front of the second bike who hit him. I found a gap between bike and rider, was two wide going in and had few...

Tank for a 2001 and older FLHRI. It has a SMALL dent on the top right lower side. No crease in the metal! If you need a tank for a project that you are going to paint any way, then this is a good tank. I bought it off of Ebay under the belief it was for a 2004. It WILL NOT FIT a 2004. The sticker on the bottom put on by Harley tells the year it was made. It fits 2001 and a few other years, but not a 2004! I will sell it for what I paid for it. 125.00 that will include the shipping. Price not negotiable.

I recently added 4 1/2" risers to my 883 XLH. I also moved the speedometer and indicator lights forward so they sit 4" directly above the hood of the headlight & just a couple inches in front of the handlebars.
I had noticed the bars were not 90 degrees to the front wheel when I first bought the bike, but with the two rods suporting the speedo the mis-allignment is pretty noticeable, although I did get it closer when I installed the risers and new vibration dampers.
Is there a secret to getting them "right on"? I have a keen eye and can see things just a degree or two out of whack and it bugs the heck out of me.
Thanks in advance for any good tips!
