I have an '03 Ultra Classic and last weekend coming home from a trip, my check engine light came on and I noticed my volt gauge was reading 11 volts, it normally runs 14.5V. I cut off all possible electrical accessories and made it the 50 miles home, battery was down to about 10.5V. A friend has a bike just like mine so we swapped the voltage regulator and the battery, still it's not charging at all. I haven't checked the stator yet to see if it's bad but will when I find my Ohmmeter. Can anyone tell me what else to check if they've had this prob? Also, a friend told me the Harley will not run without a battery like most Japanese bikes, a good thing to know if you start having battery problems. Well, I'm headed for Huffman to do some short track under the lights tonight. We thought about going by the battle grounds for the re-enactment, but I need to stop at Houston Kawasaki for some VP C12 for the XR tracker. Practice starts at 6PM. Racing is under the lights. It's a lot cooler at night. Baytown doesn't have lights on the new short track/TT course, just sorta out in the field behind the drag strip. It's sorta hot today to be in leathers in the sun.
Just pulled some block long second gear wheelies up the sidewalk on the little beast. I'm ready to slide!

Does anybody use EZ-Pass for tolls?
Just wondering if there are any tips or tricks to make them work.
I know there's a mounting bracket for handlebars, but, it appears to stick out too much for my liking.
I tried the internal tag from my truck's windshield, but, it didn't read. I've ordered an external tag and wondering if I can just clip it to my sleeve or keep it in my pocket.
Any ideas would be appreciated.
