what is the difference in hd # 37702-84a and 37707-84a? will they interchange?

Hey All! I have a 2003 FXST (carb) pretty much stock 'cept for SE air cleaner set up, rejet, and SE slip-ons. My question is if whether or not money would be well spent on the SE ignition parts, like the coil, plug wires, and module box? I can see where the upgraded spark plugs would benefit a guy, but are these expensive electronic upgrades gonna do any good without cams and whatnot? Anyone else put the ignition parts on? Any more performance?
