I hit a huge pothole while driving some of the crappy roads here in LA. Now when I hit any size bump at all, the front of the bike makes a "clank" kind of sound. I was wondering if it loosened a bushing or shock bolt. Any guesses gentelmen??

'03 883XLH Oil filling saddle tank?!
Yeah, yeah, yeah, right... I know it was stupid, but one nite I cranked it and left it running (as I got very distracted
I returned to find the bike dead, the battery discharged. It has not run since.
1. I checked for gas, ok;
2. recharged battery;
3. checked for plug spark, NOT ok;
4. checked 15 amp fuses, all ok;
5. checked ignition coil primary got 2.9 ohms;
6. checked secondary of coil got 11 Kilohms;
7. changed plugs new;
8. checked 12volt supply on supply side voltage wire to coil primary was ok; other side goes to "integral stator timing module";
9. with multi-meter on freq mode checked for frequency signal from timing module to coil, w/o plugs, free spinning on starter and got 400 hz signal? seems its doing something like...

Hey guys-
Thanks for the info on the V&H Pro Pipe HS. They sound and perfrom great. I recently was hit by a kid out on a sunday drive. He took a turn too fast and lost his rear end. Fortunately for him, I found it. Nevertheless, my bike is now at the local dealer having an estimate done. I was thinking of making a few cosmetic changes prior to the wreck and thought this was as good an opportunity as any. I want to replace the factory bars. I love the look of old school apes, but not sure that is what I want for long trips. On the other hand drag bars look uncomfortable as hell. I saw a fatboy at the dealership that had the pullback handlebars. It was a sweet look and may be the perfect compromise. Just wondered if anyone had any good or bad recommendations from experience with...
