I'm curious if anyone has replaced the fork springs in a Dyna and seen an improvement in suspension quality. My 2002 Wideglide has started bottoming on bumps that it used to not be bothered by. I thought maybe I would replace the stock springs with Progressive or Racetech stock length fork spring kits.
I didn't see these items on DP's online store but I'll call to see if they handle them. I also heard that I should go a little heavier on the fork oil. I'm waiting for some experienced feedback first.
I appreciate any ideas or suggestions.
Thanks!

Alright, I read on this board here quite some time ago that you could seal off the left crossover pipe on a dresser and effectively simulate a 2 into 1 pipes performance...After a lot of internal debating I decided to give it a try in hopes of adding a little more power or efficiency since I had the whole motor apart this winter anyway. With the big bore and heads I did this winter I obviously have more power...but I'm not sure if it has anything to do with the pipe mods. In fact, I have a friend who has a similar set up...and his seems to have a lot more power. Let me break it down: Mine has Branch flowed heads/ his has HTCC SE, Mine 10.5:1 J&E pistons/ His 10.5:1 HTCC SE pistons, Mine Hypercharger aircleaner/ His KuryAkyn Twin Velocity aircleaner, Mine SE 203 cams/ His SE 203 cams,...

I just put the stage 1 kit on my 03 heritage SE air cleaner, computer download and python 3 slip-ons which sound awsome. The one thing I noticed is that my fuel milage has gone down the tubes like 10 miles to the gallon is this normal
