A 700cc two stroke dirt bike....
Plenty of power, I'd think! Jesus, just think of the motard you could build out of this evil monster!
Just thought I'd post this. Seems the two stroke isn't dead, quite yet anyway. CD, didn't you say you had a Maico 450 once?
Hmm, I need to save some cash....

I have a new rev tech pandemonium panhead engine. I know my oil can run as hot as 250-260 deg. BUT how hot can the engine actually get. Kinda concerned, engine is running about 360 at the jug when measured with a laser temp tool. Brand new engine, dont want to blow it up!!!

I just put on SE air cleaner, big shots and a Power commnader with the proper download on my '04 Fatboy. I have an appointment to have it tuned on a dyno, but they can't get me in for a couple of weeks. I hear all the talk of rich or lean running but I really don't know how to tell and I don't want to hurt anything in the interum. It seems to run great. Any help???
thanks

Greetings to all , hope you all had a fun & safe 4th of July. Now I have a newbie question that might sound a bit unusual I want a little more noise than my stock pipes give but I dont want the loud wake the neighborhood type sound either. I have been told to maybe drill the baffles and see how that sounds before spending the $$ so I guess I wanted an informed opinion any thoughts?? and also is any rejeting neccessary if I drill the baffles? Thanks !

I've yet to ride a rubber mount Sporty, but a guy stopped by the other day on a new 883. I didn't ride it, but he fired it up and I reved it. The thing is really smooth compared to past Sporties! I've gotta get a test ride on the 1200 Roadster somehow. Wish they'd have a demo fleet in that rally coming up in Galveston. Might, but I doubt it. Ah, I'm not in a possition to buy anything right now.. .., but it's something to think about.
