Daughter away at a sleepover. Wife away at a movie. Sun is shining. Sounds like ride time.
Went for an afternoon ride today. Lots of nice pics, stuck in camera due to losing my link cable somewhere along the way. Out through route 114 to Cape Enrage, along New Horton to Waterside and Alma, through the Park, with its flags at half mast due to the RCMP officers felled by the nutbar loco P.O.S. in my city the other day, and through to Sussex, for a stop at Tim Hortons for coffee. Took some pics of the reputedly bottomless lake at the entrance to Fundy Park that I was told contains the bodies of two children. Apperantly at a reunion picnic in the 50s, some kids knocked the family car out of gear while playing in it and could not get out in time. Likely not in the visitor's brochure. Creepy....

I use to be able to forward emails with pictures from friends to other friends and the pictures would show...Now when I forward then I am told that they see red X's or the pictures do not show at all...Any ideas??? No new software/programs have been installed...I am a computer idiot...

Maddog and I along with the HOG chapter will be heading up over MT Hood then into WA state and up the Kickitat river canyon and into Goldendale WA. Plan is to come back down into the Columbia Gorge and then up the Deschutes river. Unfortunately I won't have the big bike and will have to do a 300 plus mile trip on my Springer.

The first pic is not to far from my place then the others are of the Klickitat and then Deschutes river areas.

I will be in the Denver area in August to meet up with a friend that I have known for a long time. Unfortunately I will not be on the bike as this is a mini vacation for the family. I am tossing the idea out of riders from Colorado would like to meet some place so we can meet?

Today I get to sit down and get the second installment of my tribute to Harley Davidson. Today I will be finishing my half sleeve of my left arm. This tattoo even includes a picture of my Sportster whom I have named Whiplash. Even though she is giving me fits at the moment, (which I am used to because I live with all girls), this bike is very dear to me. I love Whiplash more than my Road Glide. Anyways, here is picture of what will be pretty close to what is getting inked today.
