. . . where to find a drawing showing a 4-speed sprocket spacer (for a 4-speed tranny) with a Viton o-ring. Drawing shows the dimensions of the machined groove and the correct size o-ring to use.
Saddlebagrail makes them, but my money was sent back. I think he was out of stock or maybe stopped making them altogether.
I've also posted on the ShovelheadUSA forum, where Saddlebagrail makes his home. It seems as time goes on, it gets harder to find stuff - or maybe I'm just getting too slow for our fast paced world LOL.

The stage one air cleaner kit for my 15 Ultra limited is $160 but you need a download that is $150 for the download and about $50 or $60 in labor. So the download is over $200 by itself.
I'm wondering if its just better to buy the Street Performance Tuner Kit for $249 and the tuner kit cable for $45 and total of $90 more. Than it all can be done in the comfort of my own garage.
I don't plan on doing cams and stuff on this bike. I did that with the last one and I'm trying to be done with all that modifying it every year chit and just want to ride, although I figured the air cleaner upgrade was easy-smeazy so that's why I'm doing it.
Any thoughts on the choice of tuner kit or the dealer to do a once only download?
Thanks all, Tom

Model that is,lol.
Its a 1/9 scale model of the HD Super bike VR 1000.
I bought a 1996 Buell S2T and had it painted the VR 1000 colors.
Wish HD would re enter the super bike series just because.

It's time to stop dicking around and get the job done right. I discovered that the leak I have on the left side is coming from the end of the countershaft and not the mainshaft seal. The countershaft has an O-ring on the inside (according to my manual) and I believe that it is no longer any good. Also saw that the engaging dogs on the gears are worn down. That's pretty major and they must be replaced. So it looks like a transmission rebuild is in order. Some of you may remember that I spent $1500 on this "rebuilt" transmission about 5 years ago. Yeah, right
.
I suppose it's possible I could do some of the work myself, but pulling all those gears and shafts out scares me. I might not be able to put it back together correctly LOL. Besides, bearings and other things may need to be...
