I'm considering a Rev Tech engine. Interested in the eighty-eight incher. Anybody have any input about this engine?

I'm looking for some people who have installed the Crane HI-4TC ignition on their bike and have played with the settings. I'd like to know what settings you're using and how your bike is equipped (carb, exhaust, any mods, etc.). If you've had it dyno'd I'd also like to know Torque/HP. I'm compiling a list of settings vs mods to publish for all.

I just installed a new 5-stud 52 roller bearing clutch basket in to my 83 FXSB. I also installed new drive plates, and new kevlar clutch plates. The clutch is a dry clutch. My problem is that when I pull the clutch lever back, and put the beast in gear, the bike moves forward even though I have the clutch completed pulled. I adjusted the clutch cable and the adjuster nut according to the manual, and no luck. I thought that it might be the Kevlar clutch plates, so I changed them and to composite clutch plates, and it still does the same. I am lost for what to do, and I cannot put the old 3-stud basket, old drive and clutch plates because I have thrown them away. Anyone have any ideas on what I should do now?

..forget the Mezzs that you gotta replace after 2,00 miles..( I'd be changing every month from May until October).... having a tire with HD on it is far from a necessity for me as well.

I know someone that just bought an 05 1200 custom..
It idles "ok" then when he hits the throttle it spits and hesitates..almost everytime...so much for fisrt impresssions he said his buffy has a Buell that does the same thing..just red about checking the vent tube in another posting..but this thing does not even have any miles on it and gotta take it back to the dealer... I know things'll happen but come on right out the gate....oh well doesseemto bother him too much runs fine rest of the rpms just when you first twist the throttle told him not to even try to mess with it let them get it straight even though it might be ths or maybe that or even ..but hey then it was easier to tell him take it back....I gotta admit I have had problems with any of my HDs. except...
