My new Fat Chizeled H-D bars on the new Heritage FLHCS. I like 'em pulled back, rather than the ape-hanging look. That look is cool, but I went with function over art form. Narrower bars feel way different, but good. Easily executes figure 8's on the street with room to spare! Now I just need new pipes, but with the warranty demanding only Screaming Eagle tuner modules, I'll wait a bit on that. And, yeah, the windshield still fits just fine for the long rides - in case anyone wondered.

Back...235 miles. Best Part was the ride there and ride back. Saw an eagle eating a deer carcass. Went up rt 4 to 149. On the way back took 149 to 4 to 7 to 103 to 130. Shit ton construction on rt 103 just outside ludlow. That stretch of rt4 between ny border and rutland is 65mph. As roads go up here that stretch is real good.

Americade sucked. Use to could park in the free pasture, walk a 10th of a mile to a pretty big vendor site. Thats gone. The free parking is near a mile to the vendors which were mostly all there by ft william henry conference center. They Wanted 20$ A piece to park there. Not worth it for the short time we would be there.

Found a wicked cheap breakfast place in rutland. Johnny boys pancake house. Big ass plate of food for 7.59$. Couldn't eat it all.

Me and a nephew, bro in law and Fad in law signed up for a “practiscore competition” here on the island. I viewed some YouTube videos of past Long Island events and realized I better practice some and decide which pistola I should use. Ruger American 45acp or my sweet Baby Glock 26 Gen 5. This morning at the range after a couple hundred rounds I’ve come to realize that nobody will be safe at the competition! Ha! Just kidding. I may actually go with the little glock. The spreads were identical at 7, 10 and 15 yards. Maybe the 45 was a bit tighter at 15. But, more practice is needed.

Have an '81 Sturgis, with a newer CV carb on it. Trying to find the possible year so I know which parts will fit and where to look for a parts list.
The numbers on the side as shown in pic are 33WB. I needs the second cable, so looks like will need to get a new grip with dual cables. And also pretty sure am going to have to fine tune it.
Currently coughs a bit at lower idle/RPM Thinking idle mixture needs adjusting, but would like a good place to start for parts knowing which model I have.

I have found the Harley-performance page, which does have some great tuning tips/instructions.
