woke up to more snowing. What a mess as its mixed with frozen rain. Forgot to close driver side window all the way in my truck last night when i got home from work so seat is soaked...woo hoo!
This winter has been epic or i'm just getting old and sick of it. 4-5 10+ inch storms and a couple frozen rain-snow mix storms. Not to forget the -23 degree cold snap that last about 8 days and caused mecall kinds of grief because someone did not shut the garage door all the way and the fuel heat gelled.
Didn't need to do anything to my bike this winter because its perfect. Alls i'd needed when i first bought it was better handle bars, xm radio, luggage rack, windshield bag, tour pac lid storage pouchs and i did those over the last couple years.
While last year was a riding wash because of the eye...

Hello. Trying to ID the carb to determine proper rebuild kit. The only identifying information I can see is the harley logo, harley davidson printed on each side, on the right side under harley davidson, it says 91YA.
Can anyone point me in right direction? Pictures attached. Thanks in advance.

Hi, just wondering when testing my reassembled starter motor I assembled as it came apart so I am sure I have it all back together correct, and I might be worrying about nothing, it runs when I hold the body of the starter on the negative pole on a battery and touch the positive post on the battery but when I test the positive pole and body of the starter motor I get a very small continuity reading on the multi tester, can someone put me out of my misery and tell me that is normal.

Hi, I am having a problem, jumped on my GR650X primed and half choke as usual pressed the start button then a big backfire the motor won't turn over and the starter motor making a humming sound, battery is showing 12.85 volts I have ignition and lights, I tried to turn the engine over with the wheel in gear with the plugs removed but it won't budge, could I have damaged something internally, only got 35,000 klms on the clock and owned my bike from new always been serviced new oil and new filter each service.
