Can one of you gents tell me where the right most hole in the carb looking through the engine side of the carb goes? It's one of the 4 that are in the cross pattern. I am blowing carb cleaner through the low speed air bleed and through the low speed jet hole while covering the other and see cleaner coming from all but the farest hole to the right.
A complete exhaust system from headers to fishtail slip on straight pipes. Will need some attaching hardware to re-install on another touring bike. Does have a hairline slit in the right portion of the header pipe but can easily be sealed. The header pipe is fully intact. I recently installed true duals on my 01 Roadking.
Going through this 1996 FLSTF. I noticed the oil lines are getting a pretty worn look. They just look like fuel lines with simple screw type hose clamps. Don't think this is stock. Looking around I see that there are replacement oil lines that are what looks like chromed steel. There is also Braided Stainless from like Drag Specialties. A little pricey, but must be already custom lengths, with the fittings attached. My question is - anyone replaced theirS? If so, which is the better route to go? Stock Steel, Braided Stainless, or just the cheap fuel lines?
