Hi guys, I have a condition on my buddies bike that maybe someone has a solution for . We installed the 95 inch big bore kit in his 2002 softtail twin cam. The bike runs great but spits some crankcase oil out of the air cleaner. I have checked that the oil level is not above the full mark. I have read that this is sometimes a problem with adding extra bore and stroke, that adds up to more crankcase pressure, pushing the oil up the crankcase vents into the air cleaner.
Anyone seen a fix for this on this model of engine? I have seen several fixes for Evos, (the Cure, S&S reed valve), but nothing on this later model.
Any help would be great!

Still will not start, Last night I took the white wire off of the coil that runs from the ignition switch and ran a hot wire direct from the plus side of the battery to the coil, Still nothing. I have replaced, Iginition module, sensor plate, coil, plugs, wires, battery, 30 amp circuit breaker, stator, voltage regulator and still nothing. I have 12 volts at the coil with the key on, the bike turns over great with "No Spark" 12 volts at the battery, and the sensor plate test at 4.5-5.0 volts as stated in the manual, I have searched for a broken or melted wire and I can not locate, were should I be looking? Harley Sportster 1200 No Spark! I have replaced everything, All started after replacing the battery. After installing battery the bike started up fine, ran for approx 1 minute and totally smoked the voltage regulator. After replacing everything on ignition side and charging side Now what??????????????

Hey Igot An 80 Xl And Am Looking For Advice On What Jets To Run Pilot And Main. Stock Motor Except For Drag Pipes And Super B Carb. Backfires Through Throat Of Carb Between 2500 And 3000 Rpm

i have an 03 flstci with stage 2 se 1550 kit,the bike only has 500 miles,
in fourth gear only, at 55 mph it starts to howl,i had h.d. swap out the rear
wheel compleate with tire,sprocket,rotor and bearings. nochange,
i asked could it be the trans, they dont know , any ideas anyone.
