Is it nessacery (sp) to do a computer modification or a computer upgrade when removing the baffles or changing the exhaust? I have removed the baffles for now but i will be replacing the exhaust altogether soon. Seems to run just fine so far. The bike is a 2004 Softail Standard fuel injected. Exacxtly what does this computer upgrade do? Am I running a risk of damaging anything?
Thanks!

The ride is getting bumpy on my 2001 Softail. I've got almost 35,000 miles on it. I seem to be bottoming out a lot lately. My boyfriend checked the manual regarding shock adjustment, but we'll have to get the tool and am not sure if it's worth it. How long do stock softail shocks typically last? Is there any hope that an adjustment will work, or should I just spring (so to speak) for a new pair?

I got it set up so you can choose and Avatar from a small selection or upload your own custom Avatar or personal image.
While logged in, click on User CP in the upper link bar and select edit Avatar and select one from the list or upload your custom Avatar. The custom Avatars must be in good taste and not X-rated....

I am thinking about putting on new air breather, new pipes, and a power commander on my bike. Question I have is putting these on my bike, what will be the effect on my Warrenty? I have the 5yr extended warrenty on the bike, but don't want to "cancel" my coverage early due to mods! Anyone with input on this delema??? Thanks!
